Wow! He looks so serious!! It's weird to see Bolin not joking around and making me laugh like a maniac. But I like the slight twist to the typical that you have. Plus, the stubble does good too 
I actually really like this drawing, I love the shadowing and the realistic aspect of his skin. It's really nice. The only thing that I personally feel is off are his eyes/eyebrows. The shape of both aren't the same on either side of his face.
