Oops! sorry for the delay.. (I'm barely on dA nowdays hehe ^^; )
I used Photoshop for this one,
It's not the best option for animating (Flash is probably better, I just don't know how to use it..)

But if you really wanna get into 2D animation I recommend TVPaint animation- pretty great and easy to use (:
